The Embassy of the State of Qatar published the second issue of "Q" magazine.

The magazine tackled culture and art and how they are defined by people and their communities. 

In the opening remarks, Ambassador Mohammed Al-Kuwari wrote: "Q [...] gives an inside view of Qatar's long-held affinity and appreciation for art in its most diverse senses, showing how people across the country are blending Qatar's ancient traditions with our thriving modernity."

He added: " Art is intrinsic to our national identity as Qataris."
