Major General Saeed Hesayen Mohammed Al-Khayarin, commander of the Qatari Emiri Land Forces, attended the 244th anniversary of the United States Army, and the 75th anniversary of D-Day, held in Washington, DC on June 15, 2019.

He was accompanied by Colonel Jaber Issa Al-Khulaifi, the Army Attaché at the Defense Attaché Office to the United States of America.
