His Excellency Rashid Al Dehaimi, Qatar's Consul General in Houston and Vice Consul Mr. Khalid Al-Sulaiti hosted a lunch for Qatar Harvey Fund Scholarship recipients, who received scholarships from the $30 million Qatar Harvey Fund.

During the event, students were surprised by the Vice Consul, who announced an opportunity for 10 lucky scholarship recipients to travel to Qatar and attend the Doha Forum in December.

The Fund created more than 1,700 scholarships for students impacted by Hurricane Harvey more than two years ago.
